  • Source of personal data origin

Personal data processed by the Administrator come from widely available sources such as websites of entities and institutions, registers or scientific publications. In addition, the Administrator processes personal data from data subjects based on their prior consent for the Administrator to process their personal data.

  • Objective of data processing and legal bases of the processing

Administrator process the data based on the European Parliament and Council Regulation(UE) 2016/679 from 27.4.2016 on the protection of naturalpersons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freemovement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1-88), now called RODO. Purpose of the data processing is mostly:
  2. Responding questions and possibility to communicate, in case of sharing the data of the interested person by e-mail or postal message- personal data processing will be performed based on article 6 paragraph 1 point a RODO,
  3. Enabling the performance of tasks resulting from concluded agreements between the Administrator and entities under a given project – the processing of personal data will be based on article 6 paragraph 1 point a RODO,
  4. Direct marketing of proposed service other than newsletter – data processing will be performed based on article 6 paragraph 1 point a RODO,
  5. Selecting of entities for cooperation in projects – the processing of personal data will be based on article 6 paragraph 1 point f RODO,
  6. Solving eventual disputes between data owner and Administrator pursued on the same basis, from all parties before general state courts or authorities which makes legally based interest of the Administrator- data processing based on article 6 paragraph1 point f RODO.
  • Personal data recipients
  1. Administrator can forward your personal data to the third parties, especially for the people who run IT service and the equipment which belongs to the Administrator’s office, the data can be also forwarded to people running accounting, postal and courier services, entities providing other services to the Administrator, as well as authorized persons only to the extent necessary to properly perform their task.
  2. The Administrator may transfer your personal data to a third country due to the applied IT solutions (hosting, storage of files in the cloud, e-mail programs, etc.) enabling efficient and possibly safest functioning of the economic activity conducted by the Administrator. If a third country is outside the European Union in order to ensure the required level of protection of personal data, the transfer of personal data to that country will be based on Standard Contract Clauses or Privacy Shield regulations approved by the European Commission.
  • The period of storing personal data

The Administrator will process personal data for a period of time which enable comprehensive answers and efficient communication in the scope regarding the sent message, for the period of cooperation with the data subject as well as for the period necessary to secure or enforce claims and defend against claims.

  • The rights of data subject
  1. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the email address , or by post to the correspondence address of the Administrator. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out by the Administrator on the base of consent before its withdrawal.
  2. The data subject has the right to request the Administrator to access personal data provided by it, rectify it, delete or limit processing, object to the processing, and data transfer.
  3. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (https://uodo.gov.pl), especially in a situation where he / she determines that his or her personal details are processed by the Administrator incorrectly.
  • The requirement to provide personal data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to obtain answers to the questions posed, communication in relation to the message sent, as well as to carry out the tasks resulting from the cooperation undertaken.

  • Automated decision making

The data provided by the data subject will not be subject to automated decision making and profiling.
